extremely nice rooms, complimentary 24-hour coffee, helpful front desk service
The area is sketchy, a bit noisy at night, and the plumbing in the bathroom needs urgent attention!!! The bathroom facilities are outdated, and the website should clarify the room types available to avoid confusion.

The staff's attentiveness, especially Rahaman's help with my luggage, made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The room was comfortable, but I did wish for an opening window to get fresh air.

Exactly what I think – no more, no less
My stay was quite pleasant, thanks to the remarkable service from Rahaman, who went above and beyond. The room was spacious, yet an opening window would have been nice for fresh air. Overall, I truly appreciated the comfort and dedication of the staff during my three-night visit.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Canon Theatre, which made our family outing so easy. We also loved the friendly staff, who went above and beyond, especially when we needed tips on local attractions.
In my wife’s opinion, the room was cramped for our family. A little more space would have made it easier with our son’s toys everywhere.

I had a cozy stay, and the most memorable part was the comfy bed! Only downside was the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy. A perfect spot if you need a comfy night's sleep! 😊

Helpful staff, clean room. The area felt unsafe with strange people nearby. Not a great choice if you prefer quiet neighborhoods.

missingWrote a review on 03 Juldirty carpets
However, the property is in dire need of maintenance, with dirty carpets and surfaces that haven't seen a decent clean in ages. The milk at breakfast sits out in a pitcher all day, and you can smell the sour stench wafting through the room. The shower was also out of commission during my stay, which leaves a lot to be desired from a place that could be way better.

would love to stay here again
Clean room with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette was handy with a microwave and refrigerator. I liked the private bathroom with towels and shampoo provided. Coffee facilities were free in the lobby, which was great. Breakfast had good options, like fresh fruits and waffles.

Just an ideal choice for a lightning stop in Toronto with good value considering the price it charged. Look for somewhere safer and cleaner for your stay.
